This isn't a role where you look after a single brand. As Marketing Manager, you'll lead strategy across one of Australia and New Zealand's most loved garden portfolios, and you'll help shape how Yates, Seasol and our New Zealand business show up together for our customers.
Our Home and Garden brands are coming together under one group strategy. You'll be part of that change from the start. You'll help design recent ways of working, connect categories that have historically run separately, and build a five-year portfolio vision that shows our customers where the category is heading and how we'll get there.
You'll lead a talented team. You'll turn consumer insight into smart product, pack and portfolio decisions, and you'll pursue real growth opportunities in various categories. You'll also sit on the Yates Group Marketing Leadership Team and the extended DuluxGroup Marketing Leadership Team, so your work will be seen and your voice heard at senior level.

What We're Looking For
Leadership experience with established brands, where you've built themfor the long term while also delivering short-term results
Experience managing several brands, categories or a portfolio, and enjoyment in switching between them
A track record of turning strategy into measurable growth
Strong commercial acumen




Experience using consumer insight to drive real change
The ability to influence senior stakeholders and bring people with you when you don't have direct authority
A pragmatic, positive approach. You make confident decisions when the data isn't perfect and keep your team motivated when priorities shift
