Our female participant has a spinal cord injury and is looking for someone who can provide personalized, respectful, and consistent support to help maintain independence and quality of life. We are seeking a Support Worker who is skilled with conducting bowel therapy and positive with manual handling. Our client also requires assistance with parental duties with her young child.
With the main shifts available currently:
Wednesday -6:30 am - 12:30 pm
Friday - 6.30am - 9.30am




Saturday - 6pm - 8pm
Duties of the role:
Assisting with personal care
Conducting bowel therapy (administering enema and digital stimulation)
Assisting with domestic tasks
Manual handling such as hoisting and transfers
Administering medication
Assisting with parental support
Skills & Experience:
Australian Driver's License
Certificate III in Individual Support
Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
Current Blue & Yellow Card
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
