We're looking for an eCommerce Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional online shopping experiences across our Shopify websites and mobile apps. About the role
As the bridge between our eCommerce, UX/UI and Development teams, you'll help bring new digital initiatives to life while continuously improving our online customer experience.
You'll
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical requirements
Collaborate with Ecommerce, UX/UI and Development teams to deliver projects and enhancements
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming and Agile delivery processes
Manage and maintain Jira tickets and Confluence documentation
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Act as the first point of contact for ecommerce BAU issues and platform improvements
Help deliver enhancements across our Shopify websites and mobile applications
Work with internal and external stakeholders across global ecommerce initiatives
About you
We're seeking a curious, detail-oriented Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems.
You'll bring
Experience working as a Business Analyst within an IT or digital workplace
Strong UAT and testing experience with excellent attention to detail




Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable development tasks
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for continuous improvement
Bonus Points if you have
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento
Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or SQL
Understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and UX/UI best practices
