Our client is a Bankstown-based building design and engineering consultancy providing design and approval services. They are seeking an organised Bookkeeper to manage their daily bookkeeping and keep financial records accurate and up to date.

About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day bookkeeping
Preparing and processing invoices
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Processing payroll
Completing bank reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records
The business currently uses QuickBooks and is considering a move to MYOB or Xero. Experience with any accounting package is welcome, along with a willingness to learn a new system.
About you
You will bring:
Bookkeeping experience covering invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and bank reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence using accounting software
Explicit communication and the ability to manage day-to-day priorities
Experience within a design consultancy would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
