We are seeking a conveyancing assistant/ paralegal to join our team on a casual or part time basis.
About the role:
We are a Wollongong based law firm specialising in conveyancing and property law matters across NSW and ACT.
If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes, then we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
The position will cover a vast array of duties which may include:
Opening and closing files
Assisting the Principal Solicitor and other employed staff with the day to day running of conveyancing and property law files
Liaise with a broad range of stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, private lenders,



real estate agents, and caveators to ensure the timely progression and settlement of matters
Drafting office template documents
We're looking for a person with:
Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Previous experience working in a law firm, especially with triconvey and PEXA will be highly regarded
The ability to work independently
