Purpose:
establish and lead the Ways of Working function and champion ongoing improvement in program effectiveness and efficiency.
Seniority:
Principal.
Reports to:
Program Director.
Responsibilities
Baseline flow metrics: cycle time, throughput, work in progress, dependency wait and predictability.
Map the program value stream to find where work waits.
Run a prioritised improvement backlog as measured experiments with program leadership.
Write successful changes into the RegistryConnect Ways of Working.
Transfer the function to an ASIC lead before exit.
Essential
led agile or lean ways of working transformation at program or portfolio scale with measured results.
Desirable
scaled agile frameworks; flow metrics tooling; government delivery environments.
