Key responsibilities
Deliver friendly and helpful customer service, greeting every Owl customer with a smile and hello
Stock and merchandise products, ensuring shelves are well-presented and replenished
Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and general upkeep
Conduct regular checks of fuel equipment and ensure fuel dispensing is protected and compliant with site procedures
Use initiative to identify what needs attention and support your team to keep the store running smoothly
About you
We're looking for friendly,
reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team and aren't afraid to get involved.
Prior retail and customer service experience is highly valued
Fuel and convenience retail experience will be highly regarded
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable transport and relevant Australian working rights
Availability to work a range of shifts, which may include daytime, evening, overnight and weekends
