Mammoth Underground Mine Management is seeking an HR Superintendent to own the people side of the site as it moves from start-up to steady-state. You will partner with the General Manager and SLT on people, culture and workforce decisions to shape the operation's direction.
Reporting to the GM, you will lead HR, develop site strategy aligned to production goals, manage payroll and accommodation, and coach the HR Advisor to build long-term capability and retention on site.
