The Role
Manage a small, tidy and well-maintained residential property portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
Oversee property maintenance and liaise with relevant tradespeople
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and general tenancy matters
Ensure compliance with relevant residential tenancy legislation
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high portfolio standards
Work closely with an experienced and supportive team to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio

About You
Previous experience in residential Property Management
Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, organised and professional approach
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
High attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service
Current QLD real estate registration or licence
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
