ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead a small team of project focused accountants to deliver accurate and consistent reporting. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, Commercial and operational leaders to deliver a reliable accounting function and inform commercial decision-making and pathways.
DUTIES
Develop a high performing team through use of goal setting & data driven KPI's
Manage a team to deliver consistent,
accurate project accounting and consolidations
Contribute to commercial contract management and structuring
Drive process improvement and standardisation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships
SME on technical accounting matter
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Prior team leadership experience would be preferred
Worked in high pace environment with short month end close
High level of commercial acumen
CA or CPA qualification
Solid communication and presentation ability
