Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Relations Advisor to join the Patient Relations Team within the Quality & Safety Directorate. The role is full time (37.5 hours) and focuses on receiving and processing enquiries, complaints and compliments from the public, while providing Patient Advice and Liaison services across YAS.
The post is office-based with no hybrid flexibility, and the candidate will work within a small team handling a busy telephone line and email inbox.
