The Opportunity
We are seeking a warm, bubbly, and exceptionally organised Bathhouse Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating beautiful experiences through meticulous attention to detail and genuine care. You'll be the heart of our daily operations - ensuring our guests have a beautiful experience. Your bright personality and eagle eye for the little things will help create moments of luxury that guests remember long after they leave.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas
Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive
Serve food and drinks to guests throughout the day, including making coffees and keeping the placebo bar well-presented and stocked
Replenish amenities, linens, towels, robes, and refreshments thoughtfully throughout the day
Ensure all hygiene, safety, and cleaning protocols are followed meticulously
Keep track of inventory and supplies, anticipating needs before they arise
Report any maintenance or supply issues promptly to management
Support the wider spa team in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience
Bring positive energy to the team and contribute to a supportive, uplifting workplace culture

Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail nothing gets past you
Pride in creating beautiful, orderly spaces where every little detail matters
Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and protocols
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a valued member of a close-knit, service-driven team
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Highly Regarded:
Previous experience in hospitality or bathhouse operations
A genuine passion for wellness and creating spaces of tranquility
