Our client provides total packaging solutions throughout Australia and New Zealand, offering a comprehensive range of quality products in glass, plastics, metal, paper, and adaptable. They require 5 x Machine operators across day afternoon and night shifts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating machines
Make sure jobs are cut in accordance with project instructions
Make sure finishing/cutting is completed accurately and on time
Housekeeping and machine maintenance
Acting and Reporting on any OH&S; issues
Ensuring proper stock and tools are used
Work as part of a team and assist in other areas if required
The successful applicant will:
Have demonstrated experience in operating CNC lathes and cutting machines
Have a high level of attention to detail
Have a sound work ethic
Be Mechanically minded
Be able to deal with unexpected events
Be able to work to deadlines and workload pressures
