Qualified Support Worker




to join the BallyCara Melbourne Team and support older people in their own homes across Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Where will you make a difference?
You'll be supporting clients across (not limited to):
Bundoora
Thomastown
Craigieburn
Fawkner
Every day brings something different, whether it's helping with personal care, supporting everyday activities or simply taking the time to have a friendly conversation and make someone smile.
Desired Skills and Experience
When can you work?
We're looking for someone with:
Availability across Monday to Friday.
Availability between 8.00am and 4.00pm.
A flexible approach to picking up additional shifts when opportunities arise.
We have casual and permanent part-time employment for the right candidates.
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from someone who:
Has a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
Has experience supporting older people in aged care or community settings.
Enjoys getting to know people and building genuine connections.
Is compassionate, patient, dependable and happy to lend a hand.
Takes pride in providing respectful, person-centred care.
Can work independently while being part of a supportive team.
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
Current First Aid and CPR
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
