Hardware Operations & Procurement Coordinator
Summary
Manage inventory and distribution of hardware prototypes and commercial devices used by R&D; teams.
Coordinate device transfers with Logistics and Procurement teams, ensuring accurate tracking and availability.
Maintain periodic hardware inventories and perform firmware updates on prototypes.
Manage procurement requests from submission through completion, monitoring approvals, progress, and potential delays.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement, invoicing, and logistics issues.
Maintain project documentation, prepare management reports, and identify opportunities to improve operational workflows using AI tools.
