ZMH Metal Roofing is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to take ownership of our estimating and tendering operations across commercial construction, high-end residential projects and architectural roofing and cladding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, completing quantity take-offs, forecasting labour and material costs, identifying commercial risks, negotiating with builders and suppliers, and securing profitable projects.
