Fingo is looking for an organised, detail-focused administrator to join our Novated Care Team within Operations and Compliance, this is an entry level. You'll look after novated lease accounts from setup to cessation. You'll make sure every transaction is accurate, and every customer and employer gets a prompt, helpful response.
Key responsibilities
Complete internal and external contract setup and welcome activity for new customers
Process reimbursements, supplier payments, budget adjustments and assigned insurance and registration tasks
Manage cessations and employer and customer reconciliations
Respond to customers and employers by phone and email, and liaise with sales consultants
Complete banking, debtor, inbox and procurement-fee tasks as assigned
Keep accurate records, evidence and status updates in our systems
About you
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Clear,



friendly communication by phone and email
Comfortable working with CRM and finance systems and keeping tidy records
Able to manage a busy queue and meet turnaround times
Valuable judgement on when to elevate, with respect for process and compliance
Two plus years' experience working in administration or Customer Service
Experience in novated leasing, fleet, payroll, finance or customer service is highly regarded
