You'll represent a leading therapy across public and private hospitals and specialist practices, with coaching and support from an award-winning manager.
High-performing GP representatives are encouraged to apply. Previous hospital sales experience is valued, but is not a prerequisite.
About the Role
Build on your territory management and relationship skills as you develop your expertise in specialist pharmaceutical sales.
Build strong relationships with specialists, opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders
Develop targeted account plans to drive territory performance
Communicate clinical evidence confidently and tailor discussions to customer needs
Develop your understanding of hospital pharmacy, formulary and account processes
Work closely with Medical, Market Access and Marketing colleagues
Maintain high ethical and compliance standards in every customer interaction
About You
You're an accomplished pharmaceutical sales representative with the results,



curiosity and ambition to progress into a specialist role.
You bring:
A consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong territory planning and examples of translating customer insights into results
The ability to understand clinical evidence and communicate it clearlyCredibility with healthcare professionals and strong influencing skills
Initiative, resilience and a willingness to learn and apply feedback
A collaborative approach and commitment to ethical engagement
You don't need an established specialist network to apply. You do need to demonstrate why you're ready for the step up.
Experienced hospital and specialty pharmaceutical representatives are also welcome.
