Student Accommodation | Overnight Shifts | Purpose-Driven Support Role
We are currently recruiting Resident Support Officers (RSOs) to work overnight at our new student accommodation site in Melbourne.

If you're looking for a meaningful overnight role where empathy, communication, and presence matter just as much as security capability, this could be the perfect opportunity.
About the Role
As a Resident Support Officer, you'll be a calm, approachable, and trusted presence across student residences overnight. You'll support resident wellbeing, respond to concerns professionally, and contribute to a positive and respectful residential culture.
This role is ideal for:

Professionals from healthcare, community services, hospitality, student accommodation, education, or customer service backgrounds (Must have their SECURITY LICENSE).
Location:
Melbourne, VIC
Employment Type:
Permanent Part-Time
Shift Timings:
Overnight, 8:00 pm - 8:00 am, across 7 nights per week
Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply as part of our commitment to safe, diverse, and inclusive support environments.

Supporting a respectful, inclusive residential culture
Liaising with property management and emergency services when required
Completing shift handovers and maintaining operational accountability
Who We're Looking For
1. Experienced Security Officers
Looking to transition into a more community-focused, student-facing role.
2. People-Focused Professionals
From healthcare, community services, education, youth work, student support, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds who demonstrate maturity, empathy, sound judgement, and strong communication skills (Must have their SECURITY LICENSE).
Essential Requirements
