We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Cocktail Bartender at Kid Kyoto.

Cocktail Bartenders are responsible for delivering a refined and engaging guest experience, executing cocktails with precision, consistency, and speed, ensuring all orders are produced to spec and delivered efficiently, while maintaining a clean, organised, and service-ready bar setting at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with genuine hospitality and strong bar presence
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently to spec
Ensure all drinks are delivered promptly and meet presentation and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar while adhering to all food safety and hygiene guidelines




Monitor guest experience at the bar and resolve any issues in a timely and skilled manner
Perform all other related duties as required

Qualifications
Previous bar experience and solid cocktail knowledge required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast paced, high volume environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Robust ability to work collaboratively within a team
Manage tray service where required
Must hold a valid NSW RSA certification
