The City of Palmerston is seeking a Rates Support Officer to contribute to the effective administration of the Council's rating functions. You will manage ratepayer enquiries, process transactions and assist with debt collection while delivering excellent customer service.
With a focus on accuracy and compliance, you will work with a range of stakeholders and use corporate management information systems to support rates processes in line with Council policies and relevant legislation.
