About the role
We're looking for energetic, detail-focused people to join our casual Merchandising & Store Setup team. Whether we're opening a brand-new pharmacy or welcoming an established local pharmacy into the Chem Max family, you'll help bring the Chem Max experience to life, from empty shelves to opening day.
Setting up and resetting shelves, displays and fixtures to Chem Max planograms and brand standards
Helping convert newly acquired pharmacies to the Chem Max look and layout
Merchandising stock, pricing and ticketing, and installing signage and promotional material
Keeping stores presentation-ready for launches, promotions and seasonal changes
Working with store teams and our Retail Excellence team to get every store looking its best
What we're looking for
A excellent eye for detail and pride in a well-presented store
Reliability and flexibility to work when needed. Shifts are project-based and may include early starts, evenings or weekends during store conversions
A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle, since you'll travel between stores across Melbourne
Physical fitness for hands-on work, including lifting and bending
A positive, team-first attitude
Pharmacy or retail merchandising experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have the right attitude, we'll train you
