Arthur’s Milkbar is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a part time basis.

Located in the heart of Kew, Arthur’s Milkbar is a busy Melbourne café known for quality food, outstanding coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone who understands the Melbourne café scene, thrives in a fast paced breakfast and lunch service and takes pride in delivering consistently outstanding food.

About the Role
Part time position with regular shifts
Monday to Friday service: 7:00am – 2:30pm
Breakfast and lunch focused menu
Work alongside a passionate and supportive kitchen team
No evening or late night services

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role




Confidence working across breakfast and lunch sections
Ability to manage a section independently during busy services
Excellent food preparation, presentation and consistency
Strong organisational skills, cleanliness and attention to detail
A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Availability across weekdays and weekends
