Lifeline Direct is seeking Crisis Supporters (Intern or Accredited) for the night-time service, working remotely. Shifts run 6pm–6am and involve assessing suicide risk and providing immediate support to callers in distress.
Ideal candidates hold tertiary qualifications in counselling/psychology or mental health, with solid English communication, solid tech literacy, and the ability to work quietly from home while adapting to recent platforms.
