Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Practitioner, Family Support to provide in-home, family-centered support for vulnerable families. You will work directly with parents and children to develop practical parenting skills, manage home safety, and maintain strong attachments within the home workplace.
The role is permanent part-time (0.8 FTE) across Monday to Friday at the Gympie service location, with travel within the service area to deliver supports.
