About the Opportunity
Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a reliable and friendly Environmental Services Worker to support our Residential Aged Care home in
Stanthorpe.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
You will support daily operations across cooking, cleaning kitchen, and servery areas, helping ensure services are delivered safely and with care. This is a permanent part-time role.
What you'll be responsible for
Assisting with food preparation and meal service
Setting up and cleaning dining areas and equipment
Supporting food safety and hygiene standards
About you
You are a reliable, hardworking, and caring individual who enjoys contributing to a positive setting for older people. You take pride in delivering high standards of service and are committed to supporting the wellbeing and comfort of residents.
You'll ideally bring
Kitchenhand experience working in a Residential Aged Care Environment(preferred)
Is flexible with availability, including weekends (penalty rates apply)
Experience in a similar role
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Hold valid Australian Work Rights -Unfortunately we are not offering sponsorship for this role.
