The role
We're looking for an experienced optical sales professional to take ownership of our Victorian territory. You'll start with an established customer base, deepen those relationships, and open new doors across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
This is a home-based position within the Melbourne metropolitan area, with regular travel across the state. You'll report directly to our founder and work together on territory strategy and growth. The role suits a self-directed professional who values autonomy, a quality product portfolio, and pay that rewards results.

What you'll do
Grow sales across Victoria,



both with existing accounts and new ones
Build up spend with current customers through regular visits and new-collection presentations
Find, pitch and sign new independent practices in metro and regional areas
Launch new brands into the territory as the portfolio grows
Set territory plans and targets with the founder, and track your progress
Give responsive service and reliable follow-through
What you'll bring
Optical industry experience (essential)
A proven record in B2B sales and account management
Drive, energy and real motivation to grow your numbers
Warmth, confidence and a knack for relationships that last years
The initiative to chase recent business on your own
The organisation and self-discipline to work well from home
Willingness to travel throughout Victoria, including regional areas
A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
