Fuse Recruitment are partnering with a well-established, highly regarded financial advice firm based in Melbourne CBD to recruit a Senior Financial Adviser. This is a permanent position suited to an adviser who enjoys owning client relationships end-to-end, delivering quality strategic advice, and growing a book through a mix of inbound opportunities and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver holistic advice (strategy, implementation and ongoing review)
Manage and develop long-term client relationships with a strong service focus
Work closely with paraplanning and support teams to ensure timely, high-quality advice delivery
Maintain strong documentation standards and adherence to compliance requirements
Contribute to growth through both inbound lead conversion and self-generated referrals
About You
5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser (or operating at Senior Adviser level)
Strong technical capability and confidence managing advice from initial discovery through to delivery
A relationship-driven approach and proven ability to build trust with new and existing clients
Commercially minded, with an interest in growing a book over time
