What You'll Be Doing
Lead research and analysis to identify emerging social issues, community needs, strengths, and opportunities
Design and implement inclusive strategies for social policies and programs
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify shared opportunities
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
Champion innovation and social inclusion across all initiatives
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a passionate community development qualified. You'll ideally bring:
Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in community development or related field
Extensive knowledge of social issues and best practices




Strong community engagement and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven project management and evaluation experience
Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion principles
Current driver's licence and relevant clearances
