Respect Group is seeking a full time Maintenance Services Coordinator for Mt St Vincent in Ulverstone, TAS. You will coordinate and oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds, ensuring a safe, functional environment for residents, staff and visitors.
You will manage daily maintenance requests, coordinate preventative and reactive tasks, and organise external contractors to keep repairs and upkeep on schedule.
