Vocus Group in Melbourne is seeking a Segment GTM Analyst to turn customer, revenue and behavioural data into actionable insights, with a primary focus on churn forecasting, retention analytics and performance management across B2B segments.
Reporting to the Head of Segment GTM, you will work with GTM leads and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver commercially focused insights that support decision making, pricing actions and strategic initiatives in a hybrid work workplace.
