About the Role
Local Workforce Hire is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Superintendent to oversee daily operations, lead a team and ensure the efficient production, movement, storage and dispatch of paper based items.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on LEAN Leader who understands the importance of leadership, operational efficiency, workplace safety, inventory management, team performance, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations.
Lead, supervise and develop manufacturing staff to achieve operational targets.
Coordinate stock production, control, inventory accuracy and warehouse organisation.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
Monitor productivity, identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.




Work closely with Executive management and other departments to meet business requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Three years of leadership manufacturing experience.
Experience with LEAN, Agile or other quality improvement programs.
A sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem‐solving skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced workplace.
A practical, hands‐on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
