Tip Top Bakery in Dry Creek is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team.
This is your chance to lead a passionate team in a fast-paced FMCG environment, where quality, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Roster: Sunday to Thursday
Day Shift
Sunday: 4:30am - 3:00pm
Monday: 6:30am - 4:00pm
Tuesday: 6:30am - 2:00pm
Wednesday: 6:30am - 1:00pm
Thursday: 6:30am - 1:00pm
Late Afternoon/Night Shift
Sunday: 2:50pm - 11:50pm
Monday: 3:50pm - 12:50am
Tuesday: 8:40pm - 4:10am
Wednesday: 7:40pm - 3:10am
Thursday: 8:40pm - 4:10am
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and motivating your team to meet the goals
Ensuring food safety and product quality standards are met
Promoting protected work practices and maintaining a safe environment
Providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members
Collaborating across departments to drive performance
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Strong leadership and team management skills




Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI
