About the OpportunityReport to the Manager, Digital Engineering and own the models, data and documentation that keep multidisciplinary project teams aligned.
Coordinate design interfaces, run clash detection and model reviews, and manage information in Common Data Environments to meet project and client standards.
Support design reviews and constructability discussions, guide junior team members and improve digital workflows.
Present findings in design meetings and work with project teams and clients.
Your advanced BIM capability will help teams resolve issues before they reach site.
Key accountabilities for the position will be:Develop,



maintain and coordinate BIM and digital engineering models across disciplinesRun clash detection, model reviews and audits, and resolve issues with design teamsManage model data and documentation within Common Data EnvironmentsEnsure models meet project BIM standards, Digital Engineering Management Plans and client requirementsSupport design reviews, constructability assessments and project coordination meetingsCoordinate digital submissions, project handovers and asset information deliverablesMentor team members and identify opportunities for automation and improvementRequired Skills and CompetenciesDiploma in engineering, design, drafting or a related disciplineAdvanced Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC and ProjectWise skillsKnowledge of ISO *****, BIM standards and Australian StandardsProven digital engineering delivery on infrastructure projectsStrong communication skills and the ability to mentor others Why join us?
