WHO YOU ARE

are admitted lawyer in
Western Australia
+have MINIMUM
1 year+
(or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience (including in
CTP-essential
);
have a strong understanding of relevant
Western Australian CTP
legislation/
court practice+procedure

litigation
