Hasfarm Australia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Co-ordinator to support our Procurement team in delivering seamless supply across Australia.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on data, reporting, and coordination, working closely with suppliers, states, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.What You'll DoCreate, process, and track purchase orders to meet customer demand and maintain stock levelsCoordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams on orders, deliveries, and inventory run-outsMaintain accurate product, supplier, and pricing data in SAP and other systemsMonitor supply performance, report on procurement metrics, and resolve discrepancies between invoices and receivalsSupport the planning and execution of promotional events and peak seasonal periods (e.g., Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day)Assist with sample management, including requests, testing, feedback,



and supplier communicationGenerate buying and cost analysis reports to identify supply or margin improvementsSupport contingency planning for supply chain disruptions or product shortagesProcess invoices, adjustment notes, and other procurement-related documentationCollaborate with state and national teams to ensure allocation of stock aligns with demand forecastsMaintain risk registers and elevate issues proactively to prevent delays or overspendWhat We're Looking For2–5+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination (FMCG/food industry preferred)Experience with SAP or similar ERP systemsStrong Excel and data analysis skillsExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsTertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce preferredWhy Hasfarm Australia?
