Look Now Training (LNT) is a Registered Training Organisation delivering practical, employment-focused training that supports individuals to build skills and create pathways into employment.We work closely with employers, industry, employment services and community organisations to deliver training aligned with workforce and industry needs.LNT is now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive continued growth, strengthen industry partnerships and expand training opportunities.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of LNT's training programs and identify new business opportunities across the training and employment sector.This is an autonomous, results-focused role responsible for developing and converting new business opportunities, strengthening employer and industry partnerships, increasing enrolments and contributing to the ongoing growth of LNT.You will build strong relationships with employers, employment services, industry and community stakeholders while identifying opportunities that align training solutions with workforce demand.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop and convert recent business opportunities for LNTBuild and maintain solid relationships with employers, industry bodies, employment service providers and community organisationsResearch and pursue new markets, partnerships and emerging workforce opportunitiesGenerate training opportunities and drive enrolment growthManage key accounts and maximise opportunities from existing client relationshipsLead the full business development process from prospecting and engagement through to onboarding and CRM reportingMaintain accurate documentation and ensure relevant compliance requirements are completed within required timeframesContribute to enrolment and revenue targets while supporting longer-term business growth strategiesLeverage existing networks while actively developing new strategic partnershipsMaintain a strong understanding of relevant government-funded and commercial training opportunitiesSupport recruitment into training programs and employment outcomes where relevantAbout YouYou are a driven and results-focused Business Development professional who understands the training sector and enjoys building relationships that translate into genuine business and training opportunities.You will bring:Proven business development experience within an RTO, training or related environmentDemonstrated success achieving KPIs, sales targets, enrolment targets and/or revenue growthStrong understanding of the vocational education and training sectorKnowledge of relevant Queensland training and funding opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skillsA consultative sales approach focused on building sustainable, long-term relationshipsStrong organisational skills with confidence using CRM and business systemsA strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunitiesAbility to work autonomously while contributing to broader organisational objectivesCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel as requiredWhy Join Look Now?
