You'll prepare high quality and nutritious meals in a friendly, well-organised kitchen, maintain the dining rooms, support daily kitchen operations, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our residents.This role suits someone who enjoys meaningful work, predictable hours, thrives in a respectful, supportive, dynamic, and positive team environment, and has strong focus providing outstanding service to our residents.What you will doPrepare, present, and serve high-quality meals and refreshments that meet client's individual dietary and texture-modified needsMaintain compliance with the Food Safety Program and safe food-handling standardsFollow standardised menus while ensuring residents have choice and varietyWork collaboratively with the wider care team to support resident wellbeing and specific needsCoordinate resources efficiently and effectively including stock control, ordering, maintenance of food service equipment, and following cleaning schedulesLead and support food services staff, including "on the job" coaching and task allocation in line with their qualification and experienceContribute to a positive, respectful, resident-focused kitchen environment.What We're Looking ForCertificate III or IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)Food Safety Supervisor CertificationExperience as a Chef or Cook in aged care, healthcare, or hospitalityKnowledge of menu planning, special diets,
