BarTender by Seagull Software is seeking a self-motivated technical support qualified for a US remote, 6-month direct contract with a 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PT shift.
You will provide bilingual English/Spanish support for BarTender and related drivers, assisting customers and resellers alike.Prior experience in enterprise software support is required.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support, strong Windows knowledge, and a technical mindset.
