About the role
You'll be the friendly voice customers turn to for help, providing support and practical solutions across a range of enquiries.
Your day will involve:
Managing inbound calls and emailsAssisting with warranty, product and order enquiriesCoordinating returns and credit requestsResolving customer concerns with confidence and careKeeping customers informed and delivering a great experience
Hours
37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday rotating roster between 8:30am and 7:00pm, with occasional Saturdays attracting penalty rates.
