We're seeking a Project Marketing Executive to join our team.
This is not an entry-level coordinator role.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work autonomously, and take ownership of a busy portfolio of residential property marketing activity with minimal supervision.You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and project marketing initiatives from concept through to execution.About the RoleAs the Project Marketing Executive, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of project marketing campaigns across a portfolio of residential developments.
You'll coordinate multiple stakeholders, oversee campaign timelines and budgets, and ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standard.This role requires a proactive and commercially minded marketing professional who can anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep projects moving without waiting for direction.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and deliver residential project marketing campaigns from planning through to launch and ongoing activityManage campaign timelines, budgets, WIP reports, invoices and project documentationCoordinate marketing collateral including brochures, signage, display suites, renders, photography, videography and digital assetsManage project websites, property listings,



EDM campaigns and digital marketing deliverablesBrief and manage creative agencies, digital/media agencies and external suppliersLiaise with internal project, development and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign deliveryReview, proof and maintain quality control across all marketing materialsCoordinate project launches, display suite openings and other marketing-related eventsEnsure brand consistency and attention to detail across all touchpoints.
These responsibilities align with the project marketing, supplier coordination, budget management, campaign delivery and stakeholder liaison requirementsAbout You3-5+ years' experience in marketing coordination, project marketing or similar rolesResidential property development or project marketing experience is essentialStrong understanding of the full project marketing lifecycleStrong stakeholder management (4 major external partners and as well as various internal stakeholders)Proven experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneouslyExperience coordinating campaign rollouts across print, digital and property marketing channelStrong knowledge of collateral production, signage, websites, EDMs, photography, videography,
