Hours will be initially 3PM to around 8:30PM.
This casual role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team to keep transport operations running efficiently.As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time while providing excellent support to drivers and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral administration dutiesDriver debriefingManifesting freightData entry and document processingCommunicating with drivers, customers and internal staffAssisting the Operations team with daily transport requirementsMaintaining accurate records and operational documentationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Strong computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressureExcellent problem-solving skillsA proactive approach and strong leadership qualitiesA commitment to workplace safetyThe ability to understand and work towards site KPIsPrevious transport or logistics experience is highly regarded but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.What We OfferAt Hi-Trans Express, we value our people and recognise the important role they play in our success.
