We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial Division.
Working closely with leading Principals, you will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial, property and franchising matters, advising a diverse client base across a variety of industries.This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to further develop their corporate and commercial practice within a supportive and collaborative team environment.The RoleYou will work across a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients.Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, NDAs, distribution agreements, licensing agreements and shareholder agreementsAssisting with business acquisition and disposal transactions, including asset and share salesConducting due diligence and assisting clients through transactional processesAdvising on commercial, rural and residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactionsDrafting and reviewing commercial leases, agreements for lease and option arrangementsAssisting franchisors and franchisees with franchising matters and regulatory compliance obligationsPreparing and reviewing franchise documentationAssisting with finance transactions, including loan and security documentationBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships while working collaboratively with colleagues across the firmAbout You:The ideal candidate will have:Approximately 2-5 years' post-admission experience in corporate, commercial, property, franchising or a related practice areaA genuine interest in developing their expertise across a broad range of commercial transactionsStrong drafting,
