Honey Ink Tattoo Studio, located in Stockland Greenhills, is looking for a friendly, organized and motivated Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience while helping our tattoo artists and management team keep the studio running smoothly.
Monday-Wednesday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Thursday 9:00am to 1:30pm (27 hours).
Key responsibilitiesAnswering incoming phone calls and responding to client enquiriesGreeting and assisting walk in clientsProviding excellent customer service and ensuring clients feel welcomeTaking client payments via EFTPOS and cashAssisting clients and tattoo artists with appointment scheduling and calendar managementHelping coordinate tattoo quotes between artists and clientsAssisting tattoo artist with pre-appointment paperwork and client documentationCommunicating with clients regarding bookings,
