Our team makes a real impact and this role helps ensure they have the materials, resources and support needed to deliver.We're looking for a hands-onFacility / Inventory Controller to lead our warehouse and facilities function and play a critical role in supporting our growing operations team.You'll take ownership of inventory management, warehouse operations, materials control and site facilities while leading a small team and driving improvements across safety, efficiency and accuracy.What You'll Be DoingLeading inventory control activities to ensure stock accuracy, availability and traceabilityManaging receipt, storage, issue and movement of materials and componentsOverseeing stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reportingWorking closely with Production, Engineering,



Purchasing and Quality teams to support operational deliveryCoordinating day-to-day facilities activities and site maintenance requirementsManaging contractors and service providers where requiredLeading and developing a small warehouse and facilities teamIdentifying and implementing process improvements across inventory and facility operationsSupporting safety, compliance and quality requirements in a regulated environmentAbout YouExperience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or materials managementLeadership experience supervising or coordinating small teamsStrong inventory control and stock management capabilityExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence working with ERP or inventory management systemsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsA proactive 'find a way' approach to problem solving and improving processesYou Will Stand Out if You BringDefence, aerospace, electronics or advanced manufacturing experience or other highly regulated industries.Experience with Sage or similar ERP systemsExposure to quality management systems and inventory auditsBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
