In this position, you will play a vital part in supporting our mortgage brokers and analysing loan applications to ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.What you'll be doingLiaising with mortgage brokers to gather all necessary information and documentation for loan applicationsAssessing loan applications and performing detailed credit analysis to determine applicants' eligibility and serviceabilityAnalysing Self Employed Customer financialsProviding exceptional customer service to brokers and applicants throughout the loan application processMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policiesCollaborating with the broader team to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experienceWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience in a credit analyst or similar role within the banking/finance industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills,
