We're looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Scheduling Coordinator to join our national fleet operations team on a casual basis.
In this role, you'll help coordinate vehicle movements across Australia, organise relocation drivers, and ensure our RV fleet is in the right place at the right time to support customer bookings and branch operations.If you're highly organised, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoSchedulingCoordinate vehicle movements across AustraliaPosition vehicles strategically using data and operational insightsIdentify and load vehicle relocations into MotekPromote relocation opportunities to reservations and sales teamsAssist with upgrade and downgrade decisionsArrange transport, drivers, ferries, accommodation and flightsAsset & Maintenance SupportTrack delivery updates and maintain scheduling accuracyUpdate vehicle availability and lifecycle changesFollow up workflows and escalate where requiredSupport relocations, geofencing,
