In this role you will oversee the cinema operations, ensure customer satisfaction and drive the business forward.
This is a fantastic prospect to manage a large team within the entertainment industry.
The Location Manager is a full-time gig within the Cinema Operations Department.
You will constantly look for a better way to do things and while no two days are the same, your duties will include:Empowering and leading staff members to go above and beyond for guestsFinancial management including maximising revenue streams, budgeting, forecasting etcIdentifying and implementing processes to improve customer experience and satisfactionManaging daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIsAdherence to HR, WHS and Risk Management policies and lawsWho We're Looking For:We're looking for an experienced leader who leads by example, puts their team first, and has a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.




This is a fast-paced role that calls for someone who thrives under pressure and brings energy and professionalism to everything they do.You'll bring:5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industryAn innovative, can-do mindset with the drive to move the business forwardA results-oriented approach, comfortable working to KPIs and targetsThe ability to work autonomously and motivate those around youStrong communication skills across guests, employees, and stakeholdersAvailability:HOYTS is open every day of the year - weekends, public holidays, late nights, and everything in between.
