Commercial Bookkeeper - Manufacturing BusinessFull-Time PositionWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Company Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration of a manufacturing business in the Redlands.This is a hands-on role working closely with management, employees, suppliers and customers to ensure financial processes are accurate, timely and well organised.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableMonitor outstanding accounts and follow up overdue paymentsProcess supplier invoices, payments and reconciliationsManage purchase orders and purchasing administrationPrepare information for BAS, GST and statutory reportingComplete bank and credit card reconciliationsAssist with month-end and year-end financial processesPrepare regular financial and management reportsLiaise with external accountants and advisersIdentify discrepancies, errors and unusual transactions and bring them to management's attentionMaintain accurate, confidential and compliant financial recordsSupport financial administration across Multi site operations as requiredAbout YouYou will be an experienced Bookkeeper or Commercial Accountant who takes ownership,
