CHAM, West Melbourne's modern Vietnamese-inspired cafe, seeks an experienced chef to join a small, creative kitchen.
Part time ***** hours with potential to grow into full-time, in a nationally recognised, award-winning venue.You will prepare and execute dishes to a high standard, run your section during service, and help with menu development and future dinner plans.
Vietnamese cuisine experience is a bonus but not essential.
